By using the The Bakery Co. website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before completing a purchase.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability. Placing an order does not guarantee fulfillment — we will contact you if an item is unavailable after your order is placed.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By submitting an order you authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and tips. We never store your card details.

Pickup and Delivery

Pickup orders must be collected during our stated business hours. Orders not picked up within [X hours/days — fill in your policy] may be forfeited without refund.

Delivery is available within our stated delivery area. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including weather or traffic.

Cancellations and Refunds

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value. Lost or stolen gift card codes cannot be replaced. Gift cards do not expire.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site to place fraudulent orders, submit false information, or attempt to circumvent pricing or availability controls. We reserve the right to cancel orders and ban accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of The Bakery Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bakery Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
